General Advice Please complete all forms carefully common errors include entering incorrect sex and age. If age is completely omitted this could result in the swimmer being placed in the open category. The swim should take place in January & February with entries being placed in the post no later than 1st March. A team consists of 3 swimmers who appear in the individual results. The entry fee is £3.00 per team not per swimmer.

Bulk Entry Form Front/Rear- Suitable for large individual club entries. Team Bulk Entry Form - Used for multiple team entries. Latex Caps - only required if you need to order a swimming caps with the BLDSA logo
